Q. I have square spindles, can I still upgrade to iron spindles?
A. Yes, we will replace the fill it on the under side of your existing hand rail. This will provide a new surface to dowel the spindle to. There will be an additional fee for this service.
Q. Is this a messy process? Who will clean up during and after project completion?
A. Your installer will do a general clean up. All trash, including your old spindles, will be removed upon completion. Cutting all materials, including the iron spindles, will take place outside. General vacuuming will be done around your new spindles. There may be a fine dust left in areas around the stair case, but it will be minimal.
Q. Who will install the spindles?
A. A qualified employee of Thompson Woodworking will install your spindles. Rest assured, you are in good hands. All of our employees are trained, professional and capable of installing iron spindles in your home.
